  So I'm an avid chipotle lover. Everytime I go to chipotle I'm always excited to eat some amazing meal. However, I was pretty disappointed with the service of this specific restaurant because the fajitas that were put into my burrito bowl was burnt to black, which isn't a taste I particularly enjoy. Then I ordered some chips and guacamole to my order, got home to eat some, and they turned out to be VERY stale. I understand that this may have been a "once in while" incident, but if you want a 100% guarantee on a fresh meal, don't go here.

  Not only did they mess up all 3 bowls we ordered... We even filled out the fax form with what we wanted and they still couldn't get the order right. We regularly fill out the form and bring it in instead of faxing it over because our food is always cold and the order is always wrong. Since bringing in the form we have had no issues until today. The girl behind the counter gave us a hard time because we didn't "fax" in our order... Then she messed up and when we told her it was inncorect she aggressively through out the messed up bowls and started again while be extremely rude about it and still messed up the order even thought she had the information in front of her. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

  Very friendly staff, consistently good food. This store seems to be well managed. Convenient parking off of the busy Milwaukee road in the west side parking lot.
