  I've been here other times in the past and each time great. But if you have an issue with your good, this is not the place that will fix the situation. Instead they called the police. Because the old man said I didn't pay for my food and locked the doors when my date and I tried to leave..... all while my credit card slip was sitting on the table for the paid meal. My server was very apologetic.
  
  This was all due to an over cooked steak that I asked to be replaced or if I could get something else. The server took the steak away and went to speak with a manager. She returns to inform me she wasn't allowed to replace it..
  
  So not only did my meal get taken away, and not replaced. I still had to pay for it.... what a joke. So I asked for the manager so I could speak to him myself. I expressed my dissatisfaction as a fellow restaurant manager and he blankly said "to bad it's not my problem and you're still paying".... I was completely shocked and outraged.
  
  The server returned with my credit card slip and she placed it on the table and backed away. I signed it and left a cash tip, and told the manager I would dispute the charge..... which he didn't like and said I was stealing... and then the police were called as my date and I tried to leave.
  
  He locked the front door and as another couple was trying to come inside, the couldn't. I was knocking on the frosted glass showing them I was locked inside.
  
  So much for the high quality service... In the past I would visit this place almost once a month - sometimes more. Never again!!

  I had a steak and it was top notch! 5 star! Staff was great too. Other family members ordered pasta and felt it was dry. I also tried the ribs from another family member, and we both agreed that they were not good. So, I suppose it depends what you order. For the steak: 5 star. For the rest, anybody's guess.

  Service and atmosphere were good but steak was not at all worth the price. I've had better steak at lower priced establishments. They didn't even offer to discount my dinner. The salad didn't have much in the way of lettuce either. I won't be back.
